2019 Session 2 Registration Form

Improve your athletic capacity & overall strength, conditioning, and metabolism. Running or cross training shoes are recommended. Class is recommended for beginners to advanced fitness levels.  Your workout can be low-moderate-high intensity.  For people just starting to exercise to athletes needing to keep their edge. The course is taught by ACE certified instructor Renee Manders (; 319-331-8235), who teaches the same class at the North Liberty Recreation Center. Where: Room #603, Band Room in the Solon Community Center

Time: Monday and Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45

Dates: February 25, 27, March 4, 6, 11, 13, 25, 27, April 1, 3  (NO CLASS SPRING BREAK WEEK)
