Improve your athletic capacity & overall strength, conditioning, and metabolism. Running or cross training shoes are recommended. Class is recommended for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Your workout can be low-moderate-high intensity. For people just starting to exercise to athletes needing to keep their edge. The course is taught by ACE certified instructor Renee Manders (firstname.lastname@example.org; 319-331-8235), who teaches the same class at the North Liberty Recreation Center. Boot-camp is a full body workout-strength, core, cardio and endurance training. All levels welcome. Bootcamp will be on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Barre combines conditioning and isometric exercises to strengthen & tone the body while experiencing quick muscle fatigue. Barre will be on Thursdays.
