Improve your athletic capacity & overall strength, conditioning, and metabolism. Running or cross training shoes are recommended. Class is recommended for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Your workout can be low-moderate-high intensity. For people just starting to exercise to athletes needing to keep their edge. Bootcamp will utilize interval training, partner drills, resistance training, kickboxing, and body weight exercises. The course is taught by ACE certified instructor Renee Manders (firstname.lastname@example.org; 319-331-8235).
